I love the gym, but they take a long time to fix the cardio equipment. Currently, out of 11 machines, 4 are unusable, and 3 have been like that for more than two weeks.
I have recently been training with Tony Lu in the past 4 months. Tony is introducing effective exercises that fix my posture. Also, I am squatting better and more confident each time with Tony’s guidance. Tony shows new things and makes me safe doing exercise that I avoided previously like deadlift. He is the best trainer in the area for his passion, enthusiasm, and dedication in teaching his clients. I don’t like to exercise, but Tony makes me don’t mind to exercise including cardio because I can see and feel the result.

The gym was refurbished. New machines, better AC, but it was still always crowded. Training was sometimes hard, gym is quite small.
Very nice and clean gym all the machines you could ask for and more. Very friendly and welcoming manager overall great atmosphere for a workout . Highly recommend
