Love the vibe, great modern environment and equipment, Chris the manager was very helpful assisting me in my regards.
Joined via fitness passport, my 24 hr access card which I had paid for got deactivated due to not being used which is understandable (fitness passport membership never lapsed though therefore neither did my Plus Fitness membership). I tried to reactivate the card now and am told there’s a ‘reactivation fee’. Were these cards not sold as a ‘one time fee’ or am I misremembering? Feels like quite a dirty business tactic but thankfully fitness passport gives me access to plenty of other gyms!
