I’ve been training at Plus Fitness Sutherland for about a year now and have really enjoyed my experience. The staff are super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which makes a big difference walking into the gym each day. The gym is always clean, well maintained, and organised, which makes training there even more enjoyable. The setup has everything you need whether it’s basic weightlifting, cardio, or more structured strength and conditioning sessions. I have been member of this place for last three years. Last year unfortunately I dislocated my shoulder three times in the space of 7 months. Since I am under 18, I needed my dad to cancel or suspend my membership. We suspended the membership when I dislocated my shoulder and then needed to cancel when I had to go for shoulder reconstruction. I went with my mum to cancel the membership back in November. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you value professional service or even basic human decency, stay away from Plus Fitness Sutherland. My son and I had a combo membership, but we were forced to cancel due to a serious medical situation. My son dislocated his shoulder three times in just six months and eventually required a full shoulder reconstruction.
