The gym is very spacious and have new machines. My only concern is the car park. Very difficult to find a car park spot. Just had to spend more hours looking for parking. It would be great if you can accommodate more parking spots.

Was member here for 5+yrs, had no issues, however time to move on. New staff cares more about rulesand regulations than for creating a nice workout atmosphere. I'm not bothered to argue I just want to workout, if you just want to workout without having to walk on eggshells go to another gym.

I've been training at Plus Fitness Rydalmere for a few years now and couldn't be happier. From day one, I've always felt welcomed and supported by the amazing team. Steph, the manager, does an incredible job running the place — she's friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the members.
