Great gym with lots of free weights and a nice little circuit area too, and they also have a sauna and massage area too, thanks to Luke for all your tips and assistance with my workout too 😀
I’ve been going to this gym for a few months now and it was a great way to start. This gym is very cozy and has everything you need to start lifting safely. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and no one stares like I thought some people would. Great gym, definitely recommend.
