Have been training at Plus for about 10 years now (5 years at Narrabeen) and it’s always been the perfect gym for me. Had everything I needed, friendly staff, clean, not overcrowded and very affordable compared to most other gyms.
Don't let it get around but this is a very good gym
Dean and Kane have created a community minded, safe and inclusive environment. As a beginner, I immediately felt welcome. When I had an injury, Kane and Dean were incredibly understanding and immediately responded to my request to put my account on pause while I recovered. Would highly recommended Plus Fitness Narrabeen!
