I went on Tuesday 14 October 2025 and asked for the access card (I have a fitness pass) and they wanted to charge me 100 AUD when the website says 60 AUD

This is easily the tenth gym on the Beaches where I’ve held a membership over the years and by far my favourite. Always squeaky clean, relatively quiet, recently renovated with all the equipment you could ever need. It’s a friendly family owned and run gym and members are all calm, friendly and respectful. Hats off to you, gents!

I went into this gym and got told I needed to work out with a towel and respectfully left after told i needed a towel then said to my mates let’s go to mona vale plus fitness. One of the staff wrote a complaint way out of proportion and when called by one of my mates asking what happened the way he was speaking back to him to getting some unprofessional answers. He was very rude and don’t get me wrong plus fitness is a great franchise. I just would try another one.

i got a bad review because i they didn’t allow me to work out without a towel, i respectfully left the shop, my friend called the shop and the manager was very disrespectful and unprofessional towards him. I’ve been to many plus fitness’s and met many manages but i have never seen someone get treated like that especially just for asking.
