Absolutely love this gym!! Always so tidy and fantastic equipment.
Great local gym! I joined around 4 months ago and have maintained a consistent gym routine. Some of the things that make consistency so each are that it’s close to home, is never too busy before work, and my PT Bridget McCavanagh. Bridget is extremely knowledgeable, flexible, and has helped me get a great head start on accomplishing my fitness goals in only a few months. I am excited to see what more I can achieve and would highly recommend Bridget and Plus Fitness Mount Lawley to anyone in the area.
Fantastic gym! Spotlessly clean, with super friendly staff, PTs and members who create an amazing, welcoming vibe. Love the positive energy here - makes every workout a joy! Highly recommend!
