I’ve been a member at Plus Fitness Moss Vale for nearly 12 months now, and I can confidently say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve always felt intimidated by gyms, but thanks to both the staff and the members at Plus Fitness, I’ve grown so much more comfortable and confident coming in. I swapped to Plus Fitness Moss Vale in May 2025. Best move ever!! Modern clean equipment, nice people, and the manager Kaitlyn is very professional and a lovely person. I had a program tailored to my needs by Rhiannon. Could not ask for a better fitness centre. I'm 73 and haven't felt better since making the move. Highly recommended !!

Great gym always clean and tidy staff are friendly and welcoming especially the front desk lady I think her name is Kaitlyn was great very helpful
