I love it here!!!! One of the staff members named Krystie was incredibly helpful. She didn't muck around and she took the time to really show me how to use a lot of the equipment, explaining which exercises would help me focus on my targetted areas, and she also pointed out what to watch out for incase I hurt myself or do something the wrong way. She really made me feel comfortable and confident working out. Highly recommend this gym!!
Great gym. A big open space. Plenty of choice for equipment and machines. Everything you need and more. Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable. Lots of parking.
