It's Friday 20th February gym is unmanned @2.15 pm trained till 3:55 pm The place is like a sauna as the evaporative air con is recirculating it's stale air as there is no doors or windows open along with everyone training breathing in to the room. I thought it's meant to be a place of health fitness and well being but I don't think the owners give a damn about members well being. The aircon is not functioning properly either. Really enjoying this gym. Brooke the PT is very helpful and supportive. Top notch! Only recommendation would be - subtitles on the TVs. The sauna is a waste of time. Only fits one person and it has to be heated up for 10 minutes before use.

I love it here!!!! One of the staff members named Krystie was incredibly helpful. She didn't muck around and she took the time to really show me how to use a lot of the equipment, explaining which exercises would help me focus on my targetted areas, and she also pointed out what to watch out for incase I hurt myself or do something the wrong way. She really made me feel comfortable and confident working out. Highly recommend this gym!!
