I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. My membership was terminated without any warning or opportunity to explain my side. The initial email simply alleged "inappropriate behaviour" without providing any details. Only after I repeatedly requested clarification was I told the decision related to an alleged incident at another Plus Fitness location. Very solid gym, would like to give 5 stars but there is no seated leg curl or calf raise which results in pretty lackluster leg days. I also found that the leg extension maxes out at 100kg and I've had to resort to hanging 5kg plates on the pins, which is annoying because they tend to just fall off. If there was just a couple more machines, and the leg extension was able to be loaded heavier that would be amazing!
