The worst gym manager!!! I’ve cancelled my membership due to the extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour of the manager at the Lane Cove branch. She consistently misguides members, communicates poorly, and frankly doesn’t seem to know how to speak to customers respectfully. From the beginning, her conduct was concerning. Love being part of this gym — Plus Fitness in Lane Cove West! Its such great space to work out in. Being equipped with new machines is amazing, staff are always friendly, welcoming & helpful. A special shoutout to Tatiana who is always so friendly, encouraging, organised and overall a genuinely lovely face to see each visit. In saying that, I want to say thank you for the awesome prize of the Flauna Session (Float + Sauna) at City Cave in Epping. I can't wait to experience this. Thank you so much! Xx
