I’m sure this is a fine facility for the able-bodied, but for anyone with a disability, the lack of support and accommodation is a significant barrier. It’s a shame the member experience doesn't match the intensity of their lock-in contracts. Most high-quality gyms don't need to force people to stay, their service speaks for itself. Unfortunately, that isn’t the case here.

Been with the gym over a year and it's gone down hill in the last 4-6 months equipment is always broken, app and internet have been down for 4 months, door "sometimes" works... would not recommend!
