One of the best Gyms that I have been too. Very good location, easy access, great value. All the equipment is maintained well and if anything goes wrong it’s fixed quickly. I’ve made a lot of friends there too . The staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful and they keep the place clean and tidy. All in all a great experience . Thank you .

Factually, the worst gym I've ever seen. You can tell the 5 star reviews are not genuine and reviewers were offered some benefits to give such reviews, as they absolutely do not reflect the reality. First of all, you are greeted with a passive aggressive board stating $250 fines if you do this or that. The gym is full of passive aggressive messages, everywhere you look. Great location, about 5 minutes from the station. Always clean and tidy and has a large variety of cardio and weight machines as well as benches and free weights. Obviously gets busy about 3ish when the school kids turn up, but is 24 hours, so plenty of other times you can visit and it'll be quieter.
