No complaints. Good quality gym. Good equipment . I have been a few times . Young lady staff member continuously cleaning equipment and being welcoming .i feel like taking off my shoes not to dirty the gym as it’s spotless haha. Keep up the good work!.
Been training here for 5 years and I love it. The manager tayla has been nothing but helpful and welcoming and the atmosphere would not be the same without her. Recommend for sure.
Why 1 star , well if your a large company charging people $10 on late fee on the minute late fee basis, meaning that if late on your payment you are charged a late fee, which spelled out in the contract, but what’s good for the goose should be good for the Gander, or though it would seem. So can I charge plus fitness for when I’m not able to get in to there gym because there wifi is down and I’m on the app. It would seem no , not even an email to let customers know,. Really love this gym, reliable equipment and on the ball staff! Always feeling so comfortable at plus Kingsgrove and getting the help whenever I need. Would definitely recommend to anyone :)
