I spoke to a staff member (Plus Fitness, Glenmore Park) three months before to cancel my membership and found that they were charging me until last week! (Sorry I missed to check by bank statements). Spoke to manager today and she informed that there is no record about my call or request to cancel and I should have keep the record of my call including the name of staff etc. She asked my to login to member portal which did not allow me to login stating that ''User does not exist''. Absolutely best gym, management & staff are top quality and I go there 5 times a week cause of them. Manager(Rebecca)could not be better. She is amazing, and has kept that gym running at a high standard since she started. Always there to help and always best service.

Staff and atmosphere are great, accessible with free parking. Most of the cardio machines need replacing or maintenance. Every one of the bikes or elliptical machines either has a part loose or makes a constant sound when in use

Ive been at this gym since May, and it is so great! the workers are some of the most lovely people i have ever met, they are so kind and accommodating, the trainers are competent, efficient and great for specifying the program to your needs. the classes are so great, and the trainers are so willing to modify whatever you need if your feeling incapable or pushing harder, the equipment is never out of place, they have great options, overall a great gym with incredible employees
