As someone who was beyond terrified to step foot in a gym and struggle this place is beyond welcoming and supportive. Always smiling, cheerful brightening moods (especially Christie) The PT always happy to answer questions and provide encouragement and support. The place is always clean and maintained with great equipment. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
