I’ve been to 5 Plus Fitness Clubs and NONE are like this, Caringbah has saved me from switching gyms Equipment is 10/10 and so much more variety than other clubs. Definitely recommend it’s worth the extra travel.

BEWARE! Signed my teenage daughter up on one of their special deals. Read the terms and conditions, ( At least I thought I had ) but unfortunately missed two crucial parts. One was it was a 12 month contract That I was not aware I was signing up to as it was not clearly stated in the offer nor did I see it in the Terms and conditions. I had to reach out via email to ask the business direct., and when advised I to cancel my daughter’s membership within the seven day cooling off period. i have been with plus caringbah for over 3 years now and it feels like home everytime i step foot in there. they have a fantastic range of equipment and lots of cable attachments, as well as other accessories i don’t usually see at other plus locations. the layout is very unique and intimate and since their new renovation it’s even better than it was before. you can tell the staff really do love their jobs and love working here, and it rubs off on everyone. lots of great faces and inspiring stories inside this gym! it will f... read more
