Je suis allé m’entraîner à Plus Fitness à Bondi Junction et l’expérience n’a pas été très convaincante. La salle est assez petite et les plafonds sont bas, ce qui est vraiment gênant pour certains exercices comme les tractions. L’ambiance était sombre et il n’y avait pas de climatisation, ce qui rend l’entraînement rapidement inconfortable, surtout quand il fait chaud. Quite possibly the worst gym I’ve ever been in. Machines are terrible, old and dirty. The gym stinks especially near the bench press downstairs and isn’t a pleasant training experience. Barely lasted 15 mins before I had to get out of there for my own health. Would not recommend at all.

For a minute, it looked like the owners and team cared about the gym, and put in new equipment. But over the past 3-mths, it's clear that they don't. The toilets are disgusting, and haven't been cleaned in weeks (same dirt has been visible on the toilet for weeks). Whilst i have no issue with kids being in the gym, this needs to be controlled. Today, i catch a weight from falling on my foot, because a child was benching, so lop sided it slid off of the bar. Not only is this insanely dangerous for the children, it's dangerous... read more
