Scamming gym. Been with them since 2years . I asked then to cancel my membership as I moved away. And they asked me to do online and it's not working that way and tried to visit them at gym even though I came from Toowoomba to cancel as they deducting money no matter how many times I asked them to cancel. And what's the point of charging me money if I don't have access gor that period of deduction you did. The facilities are ok, although the 15 minute limit on equipment is not enforced so you still have the normal meatheads taking 45minutes to do 4 sets on a machine at 4pm when everybody else wants to use it, and due to the size of the gym, there are only one of most machines. The problem is that the terms and conditions of the 5 weeks free are misleading (I’m being nice here). Nice staff and gym for its size, equipment is a bit outdated and outside of the bombarding of text advertisements it’s a great gym for the area. New facilities and a general freshen up would be welcomed. I would recommend this to this in the are chasing a general gym with a moderate range of machines and weights
