I left a message few weeks back that I cut my head on one of their machines and asked them to fix it, they did nothing about it. Very disappointing and dangerous for other users!

Bloody awful Not clean, toilet blocked. Wipe dispenser was empty. No staff on hand. Not happy

Amazing Gym, but trash payment method. One failed payment, called them less than an hour wanting to pay. Told me I can't they'll call me later for payment. No call back, and they deactivated my key card, so I can't enter the gym, and I can't make a payment 🤷🏾. So pumped to hit the gym, just to find my card doesn't work. Absolutely worst feeling
