Onboarding experience can be improved. I signed up online. Went through the sign-up process, providing email and payment details. At the end I received an email saying "You’re now ready to step it up and kick-start your fitness journey".... "Download the Plus Fitness Member ID App to access our Clubs within seconds with the simple tap of your mobile." Downloaded the app and attempt to log in. Was notified that email does did exist. Worst experience sign-up and onboarding experience I've ever had with a gym! If you sign up online, you'll be prompted to download the app. Attempting to access the app, you'll be notified that your email does not exist. You might think that you just need to wait for your registration to be processed in the system. This is not the case! You actually need to go to the plus fitness website and create an account on the website (you'd think this would be set up once you sign up). I’ve done a workout at at least six different plus fitness locations, and this on is by far my favourite. It’s not as modern or renovated as the other gyms, but I think that might be why I like it… 😂 Not filled with intimidating influencers which is kinda nice…Been at different times of the day and I find that even when it’s busy, I can always use the machine shortly after someone else or something similar instead. Also has 2 hour gated parking and feels safe at night. I love the little outdoor area during sunset!!

Much of the equipment is rusted and the seated row machine broke mid way in the set, causing me to roll all the way back over my head. Also, they randomly block my card from being able to enter the gym despite no wrongdoing.
