They had a “no lock in 5 weeks free” advertised on their flyers and website, however they forget to add in the fact that you could only cancel the membership AFTER the 5 weeks ended meaning I still had to pay for 28 days after for a tiny gym. The Ambarvale gym is NOT worth the price. There is only one smith machine one squat rack and it’s a tiny space. Outdated gym lacking in good equipment. the '5 weeks free no lock in contracts' promo is clearly a lie as once trying to cancel my membership 3 weeks into the 5 weeks i was denied and told i'd have to pay for an extra 4 weeks. T&C's or not, why promote a trial to encourage people to try out a gym just to try to trap them in. So much for a "FREE TRIAL" 🤦‍♂️

I called up about a membership and they offered me a one month free trial, they did not make me aware of the fact that you can only cancel within 7 days of starting the membership or you’d have to pay, I have called multiple times to try to figure out a way to pause the payments as I have told them I’m in financial hardship and they say it’s not possible until I pay my debts. I’m sorry but forcing me to pay $200 just to cancel is a no 0/10 it would be more understandable if I was made aware of this cancellation thing before ... read more

Gym is not very big and there’s no classes but it has all good machines and kept very clean. With No locking in contract and low price, it does the job i need👍
