Small, old, lacks equipment, broken equipment. Makes me want to change my membership. I like the one near my house but this one needs a serious refurb. Would not recommend.

This gym continued charging me membership fees even after I had informed customer service that I wanted to cancel. On top of that, Plus Fitness gyms are often dirty, small, and equipped with old machines. Don't be fooled by the advertised price either: you also have to pay an additional $80 sign-up fee, and sometimes the direct debits are higher than expected. Terrible experience. - I feel like most of the machines are for upper body. End up doing upper every time I’m there cuz I’m too lazy to set up. - Some machines are old and broken. Thought they would fix it after the “renovation”, but it’s still there - The space feels cramped and small especially the functional training area. - The layout could be improved. I don’t like that I have to do back hyperextension in the middle of the room.

They advertise "$4 for 4 weeks" and explicitly state "No catch. No fluff." However, the moment you attempt to pay, a $69 "Activation Fee" is added. Claiming "no catch" while hiding a fee that is 17 times the advertised price is a textbook marketing trap. Very disappointing.
