Worst gym in town. They will trap you in the membership and won't even give you an access card, saying that you have to purchase one for $69. While all the other gyms give you the access card with the membership. I am already paying $29+ fortnightly, which is more expensive than REVO and is still not worth it. And the best part. I can not cancel my membership.

I’m all for following rules and policies, but they must be clearly communicated. I visited Plus Fitness Wattle Grove through my Fitness Passport membership, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Jon interrupted my session with my 12-year-old daughter (who is my dependent under Fitness Passport and was attending the gym for the first time with me) during our rowing and cardio workout. I’m all for following rules and policies—but only when they are clearly and properly communicated. I visited Plus Fitness Wattle Grove through my Fitness Passport membership, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff member John was rude, unprofessional, and seemed untrained in how to deal respectfully with paying members.
