My experience with Plus Fitness really depends on the location. I originally signed up at the Hillarys branch, which I highly recommend — the equipment is well maintained and the customer service is excellent. They respond to calls and emails the same day, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, things went downhill when I started using the Woodvale location, as it was closer to home. I just hope the gym is a bit cleaner. Dusty machines and the bathroom are a bit mouldy.
It’s a large area, after being tossed around locations by Jetts, settled here and its casual and always has gear free. Different levels of equipment and rooms for all. Only issue for me is lots of teenagers after school who loiter a little… but that’s a timing thing.
