Been going here for a few months. Compared to other locations, I prefer the atmosphere, equipment and view (there is a cat outside the back window). The staff are friendly, the water is good, it isn't busy. I recommend.
I had the worst experience trying to cancel my gym membership. Despite being on the phone with customer service representative, no one had the correct information about my account or the cancellation process. The important details were missing even while I was actively on the call. Even while joining they never explained me the cancellation policy.
