Everyone here is spectacular. This was my first time in IOP and I didn't have a single day that felt like I was being unproductive.
If you are a veteran dont go. You will not fit in once membera are added and you will be removed from the group and told its for your best interests. The group rules change they will basically tell you its for the best.
Honestly was a great process over the phone but it all went downhill quick. They called me and said I was late for my appointment when I was never scheduled because I hadn’t finished the intake process. I finally got my appointment scheduled and they emailed me over a form, it was NEVER told to me that it had to be completed before the intake process. Plural Health is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!
I called and inquired about their program, and after describing my issues I was told their program may or may not be a good fit for me, because I might require residential treatment for depression. However, the intake person I spoke to said they weren’t completely sure, but that they would at least start the process by checking my insurance benefits. I already knew that they both accepted my insurance, and that my insurance company covered the program, as it was my insurance company that specifically told me their IOP progra... read more
