Called in to get a medication that does NOT require a script for such a low dose anywhere else. After being asked to wait and it would just be a few minutes I stood there patiently. After some time the male staff member returned to say I did need a script. The poor excuse for a pharmacist has said so apparently. I have always used another chain of chemists, but thought i will support my local chemist Terry White near Bago Tavern at Wauchope. I handed in my script and was asked if i could wait 10-15 min for them i said yes. I tried to get the ladies attention again with 4 x "excuse me," and she was 2 metres away, she finally answered and processed my request.
