I visited Terry White Wauchope Pharmacy on Christmas Eve with my child and was so grateful for the care we received. Hanna took the time to provide a thorough and compassionate consultation that very likely prevented a hospital visit over Christmas. There are more staff than customers, but you can still expect to wait for ages. They've been out of stock for my prescription 3 out of the last 6 times. I don't know why they don't keep more in stock. There's an older male pharmacist who is very switched on. Everyone is very friendly. I got grilled about buying Panamax (Paracetamol) recently, which seemed weird. Meh, they're ok. It's a pharmacy - they don't have to be awesome, they just need to dispense medication... Which they do.
Called in to get a medication that does NOT require a script for such a low dose anywhere else. After being asked to wait and it would just be a few minutes I stood there patiently. After some time the male staff member returned to say I did need a script. The poor excuse for a pharmacist has said so apparently. My GP and every other pharmacist over the last 12 months when we were traveling has said the same thing. Never been in either of the Terry White pharmacies and left happy.
