It's been 3 years handling my father's estate. They never return calls, even said if I keep calling they would quit answering. Don't pass away in Roanoke or everything your loved ones ever had will get picked away in fees and commissions and upkeep on property for years to explain away what should have been yours if handled responsibly. Lastly, even when administrator of estates attorney is guilty of malpractice and unethical behavior these people will be complicit and help them not take responsibility.
