Weight loss is never easy but Jamie makes it so worth it. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and most of all motivating. For anyone looking to make a lifelong change and that wants to improve their overall health and fitness-I highly recommend Jamie Plunkett Fitness!! I am stronger than I've ever been. This is a fantastic gym to be a part of. Great community and trainers. I’ve seen more results with their program than any I have tried before. Everyone there is very nice and knowledgeable. Great for all levels from brand new beginners to more advanced lifters.
This is a great place to go and learn how to do fitness correctly they watch you if you’re doing it wrong they show you how to do it right it’s been better than any other place I’ve ever been to the people are all friendly and I am too I would recommend it to anybody to go there or try it out and see how it helps you. It starts my day out on a positive note and I leave there with a lot of energy go try it out
Great gym. Unlimited hand soap in the dispensers for customers. That alone makes it worthwhile.
