Jordan Plunk called me back fast! Was super helpful- and came out to my house within 20 min of me talking to him. He figured out what was the problem, and got the part and fixed it! Thank god, bc I didn’t want to be hot tonight. Thank you so much for helping cool my house again.
I had a clogged AC drain line that was leaking into my bathroom ceiling. I called them at 3:14 on a Tuesday in August; they were there by 3:40. My house is old with a very-hard-to-navigate attic. Problem was fixed by 4:00. They were super friendly, super fast and saved me from an AC nightmare in late Arkansas summer.
