Absolutely loved our session. It was the perfect way to recover after a long run. The place is beautiful and so relaxing.
Plunj is amazing! It’s one of my favorite things to do for both girls night and date night. I love the way it makes me feel. I always sleep amazing after going. This location is always so clean and well maintained. I love the electrolytes and cold towel that they bring you during the session. The cold plunj is scary at first but the more you go, you learn to love it.
PLUNJ is the BEST way to reset for the week. We were given a tour when we first got there and the space is beautiful! I have never done a cold plunge so I was nervous but I think it is something everyone should do!
Plunj is my favorite place to do sauna and cold plunge. I have been coming to the Plunj franchise since their inception in Provo and have to say they do it the best in Utah. The staff in Saratoga is fantastic (shoutout to Sydni). The vibes at the Saratoga location are immaculate. And the people there are always so great. It’s always a great time. And plus the benefits are never ending. I always feel so good when I go and leave. 10/10. Run don’t walk!
