Contrast therapy has been a game-changer for me during marathon training, and PLUNJ Saratoga is hands down one of the nicest locations I’ve been to. My wife and I came on a Sunday morning and left feeling refreshed and recharged for the week. The staff went above and beyond—even brought us electrolyte drinks in the sauna! Everyone was super helpful and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to recover, reset, or just relax.
I went here a few days ago simply due to a deal I found on the internet….absolutely loved it. I feel like I really snapped out of some of my “sluggish” mindset that I’ve been experiencing of late. In addition to the awesome experience, the staff have been really awesome and easy to work with. I was pretty indecisive in which membership I wanted, they weren’t pushy at all AND even when I changed my mind after having paid for one, they were extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!
Updated review: I’ve been coming to Plunj for several months and originally loved the experience. I’ve brought many friends and regularly shared my buddy pass. Unfortunately, I’m updating my review after a recent incident that left me feeling deeply disrespected by management.
