Plunj Saratoga is a phenomenal environment, and represent what a community means! They have great hosts, and are super easy to work with! Came here with friends and loved it! Definitely will be coming back.
This is one if my favorite locations. The staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming, the space is clean and well put together, and the whole environment helps me get completely dialed in. The cold plunge into the hot sauna is the real reason I keep coming back. That hot-and-cold cycle feels like a full reset for my body and mind. I always leave feeling recharged, clear, and way better than when I walked in. Worth it every time.
Amazing place to relax and hang out. Sydni was great and took great care of us. Another great experience! I have made this part of my workout and recovery routine and would recommend everybody to give it a try!
Great facility, clean, staff are amazing! The mid-session electrolyte drink is a nice touch!
Love coming here! Liz is so friendly and kind and goes well above and beyond making this place like home! Grateful to have a place nearby that offers with contrast therapy!
