Really friendly and nice staff. They brought us electrolyte drinks and cold scented towels while we were in the sauna. Felt amazing after!

I love this place! Not just the contrast therapy that has been beyond amazing for my body and mind but the staff is great also. Syd, abbey, jasmine and my dawg Bowen always making me feel comfortable and know me by name when I come in. Even catch the owner Ivey in at times too. The community is so great to be around and I feel safe when I come here. I’ve left personal belongs behind and always get it back and the list of qualities and benefits are endless.
