My wife scheduled an appointment and called and canceled it. Seemed like no issue and they agreed to cancel it but I guess they decided to keep our money. Still have not gotten our refund of $94.18. It was July 2nd
I'm a huge believer in contrast therapy and all the benefits you get from it. I love going to the Plunj, cause of their steam sauna and its big enough for to either share a conversation or have a relaxing moment. Their staff was amazing and gave me a few extra minutes at the end for another cold dip! 10/10 recommend!
Was truly a 10/10 much needed experience! Jackson and Kathy are the best!! They made me feel at home, brought electrolytes, asked if I had any requests for an essential oil to pour over the rocks.. the sauna was proper nice and hot and the cold PLUNJ was invigorating. I’m recovering from a groin injury and when I left I truly felt like I did some healing and felt like I never wanted to leave that place!! Shoutout to Jackson and Kathy :) 10/10 if you haven’t tried you must!!!
I had such a great experience at PLUNJ Provo! I’ve been to another sauna and cold plunge studio before, but this one was by far my favorite. The sauna actually stayed hot the entire session, which made a huge difference. Everything was clean, relaxing, and thoughtfully set up. The customer service was outstanding too. The staff greeted everyone by name, which made the experience feel so personal and welcoming. It’s the little details like that that really set them apart. I loved my experience here. The building is clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cold plunge felt so energizing. Such a good idea for a date night, bachelorette party, birthday gift, or even just a little treat to yourself! I left feeling so much more relaxed and rejuvenated. I’ll be going again.
