This is such a hidden gem! As a fitness Junkie, graveyard worker and mom with small children my body really takes a hit. Plunj was such a relaxing escape and recovery. Definitely adding this to my recovery rotation! 10/10 would recommend 👌

Big shout out to Jacob. I had an unexpected and unusual reaction during my cold plunge. It gave me a little scare, but Jacob was so thoughtful and took exceptional care of me. He helped to calm me and remind me to let whatever it was to pass through me. He got me electrolytes and extra towels. Everyone who was in my session that day was so caring. I think Plunj Provo has created an exceptional culture and I appreciate the experiences I’ve had there.

The employees are super thorough in letting you know what is the best routine for you when it comes to combining a cold plunge and sauna! The place is clean, spacious and ample storage! I highly recommend this place if you are a first time to a cold plunge experience!

I had the best experience at PLUNJ! I'm training for a marathon and this was the best way to prioritize my recovery! The staff were so kind and helpful! I can't wait to go back!
