Plunj Logan is my favorite Plunj I've ever been to! The owners are the most amazing people, the space is beautiful, and the whole experience feels so intentional and restorative. Partway through your session, while you're relaxing in the sauna, they bring you electrolytes, a mint, and a cold towel, which is such a thoughtful touch and makes the whole visit feel elevated. We came to a session tonight and loved it! We aren’t local and have a membership at another Plunj location, but it’s fun to check out other spaces when visiting family and friends. Each one is a little different, but we love them all. Everything was so clean and we loved the scents used in the sauna. Plunj is our favorite place to start the day off right, or unwind and socialize in the evening. Highly recommend trying it out!
We had such a good time at the Plunj in Logan! The staff were really nice and friendly! They were also super knowledgeable on what the benefits are of contrast therapy. We will definitely be going back
I had a top notch experience at Plunj! It was a mix of luxury and type 2 fun! I didn't want to leave.
Absolutely loved it! To be honest, I was super nervous about the experience because I've never done an ice bath before. But the owner, Jessica, and her cute helper were so fun, positive, and calming to be around. Follow their advice, and you'll be sure to have a great experience. Such a beautiful, clean, and peaceful space. I left feeling so great! Definitely going back!
