I loved my experience at Plunj in Herrimen! The facilities are beautiful and the staff is so helpful and friendly. I had never cold plunged before, so I didn’t last long, but I still noticed a huge difference. I had a ton of inflammation and a pain in my stomach that would not go away for 2 months. After doing the sauna and cold plunge combo I immediately noticed less inflammation, my pain went away and I slept through the night for the first time in years. I’m hooked and will be adding this to my regular routine!
PLUNJ was an awesome experience. Very beautiful and relaxing/refreshing. I love how big the sauna and ice baths are so you can go with multiple people and make it fun. Thank you for having us.
Plunj in Herriman is amazing! Zoe, one of the employees, came in and poured water over the sauna rocks, creating the perfect humidity. She was so kind and accommodating, making sure our group felt comfortable throughout the experience. At one point, she brought us scented cold towels in the sauna, along with cups of ice and an electrolyte drink. The cold plunge was cold, and I could immediately feel the energizing rush. It’s an incredible wellness experience and such a fun, unique way to spend a Saturday night with friends.
