This Company has major problems with their pool coatings. Check other reviews. Ours failed before even having water in it. Reported August 2025 still no repair, and no contract from Plungie after advising it would be repaired by end of May 2026. Sent 3 follow up emails and phone calls with no response. Next step if Fair Trading. This company needs to stop sending out faulty, poor workmanship pools. Stay well clear.
Purchased a Plungie pool, it has been installed for over 12 months, builder reported damage to the coating, to Plungie to complete repair early last year, in August the house was completed and handed over. To date no repairs have been completed although I have made many attempts to have the work done. Still waiting, they are quick to take your money but after sales leaves a lot to be desired. Our plungie has been an amazing pool for our three young boys to learn how to swim. The customer service is also amazing - we had a minor issue with our internal light and the plungie team sent someone to fix the light within days and reimbursed us for all costs associated with re-filling the pool. Would definitely recommend
Waiting almost 2 years for a repair to the finish that was either done by the builder or the installers: 2 years is ridiculous and their last excuse was weather and then they promised they would be here in November now it’s April - they are great at selling their pools but no after service. Even no handover at the end of the build to explain anything and half the pump parts were missing. Terrible service and would never recommend them - no follow up to say there would be more delays as they make you chase them
Local pool builder. Not a plungie partner. Requested a quote. Plungie asked for all client details to provide the quote which we provided. Then all of a sudden they can't quote. The clients details would have likely gone to the plungie partner as a lead. Edit: since the builder supposedly enquired, the builder has since asked us for a quote for this product as we would be installing it and would rather have us deal with the pool.
