Lack of qualoty detail in eco finish ,seems to be at least 10 square block dent marks on floor and rough finish .turn the light on in the dark and it is magnefied .apart from that ok .comes down to quality control .rough as .how hard is it?
Absolute rubbish after sale service, pool lining is garbage. Lodged a warranty claim on the pool lining when pool was a few months old and waited 12 months for their guys to come and recoat the bottom of the pool. Not long after that spots on the walls started to chip and flake off. It has been nearly 18 months since they said I was on their repair schedule for these repairs and nothing. Bit of advice, if you are in a sign written bt-50 maybe not a good idea to be smoking and throwing your finished cigarette out the window, 5pm on Deception Bay road. 11/11/25. Hopefully your company looks after the pools and clients better then your employees look after the environment.

Our pool was delivered defective..top steep has 30mm ding that should of been repaired before final coating went on..many imperfections on steeps..This pool should never have been delivered with these imperfections.. Plungie saying will not be seen wonce full of water..we have had pools before..this is bullshit..charge full price for a inferior product..not happy..pool was order through our builder..fobbing him of too. Don't pay for your Plungie Pool until you have inspected the product as there quality control is not happen... read more
