I love the pool it’s self, many hours of fun and learning has been had. Super disappointed in Plungie as the pool liner started coming off a couple years ago. Plungie has told us they are not helping us as it wasn’t installed properly. Regardless of the instalment the liner is coming off and should be rectified. Very disappointed as it’s now a cost to me. The gift that keeps giving. That’s all I have to say about that.
Buyer be ware! Like many others, we've had issues with our pool finish. Lodged a warranty claim in Jan 2025, the latest update we had was for respray works to be done June 2026 - after following up a couple of times we've just been told we've now been bumped out another 8 MONTHS to Feb 2027. Unbelievable. Plungie need to fix their product AND fix their resourcing to be able to respond to warranty claims.
I have had a plungie installed in my new home worst pool and worst service ever had nothing but problems since installation leaking pump cracks all in my concrete because of that the heater doesn’t even work and when you call them they tell you to go through the equipment supplier when I never purchased my equipment through the supplier I purchased it through plungie. Would never recommend this pool to anyone and the service is just unbelievable.
This Company has major problems with their pool coatings. Check other reviews. Ours failed before even having water in it. Reported August 2025 still no repair, and no contract from Plungie after advising it would be repaired by end of May 2026. Sent 3 follow up emails and phone calls with no response. Next step if Fair Trading. This company needs to stop sending out faulty, poor workmanship pools. Stay well clear.
Purchased a Plungie pool, it has been installed for over 12 months, builder reported damage to the coating, to Plungie to complete repair early last year, in August the house was completed and handed over. To date no repairs have been completed although I have made many attempts to have the work done. Still waiting, they are quick to take your money but after sales leaves a lot to be desired.
