Matt was very honest and professional. We connected the bidet by ourselves but for some reason the water was dripping on the water pipe, so we called Plunger Plumber and they send Matt the very next day. He took a look and suggested it was probably some loose connection and said the tool we were using to tighten it was not the right one. Tightened it and it works great now. Didn’t charge any as it was just a quick twist . Will definitely recommend Plunger Plumber to all my friends.
Such friendly and respectful service! The tech offered suggestions on some valves that had been recalled and might need replacing in the future that we were not aware of. Solved the issue of the clogged drain. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
Brendan and his apprentice did a great job installing our hot water tank very polite cleaned up and left
