I do not recommend this complex as a place to live. Despite its small size, it feels overcrowded, especially with what seems to be over 100 children constantly running around. It’s difficult to find peace and quiet—noise is a major issue, and forget about getting restful sleep. Parking is another concern. I’ve lived in this apartment since 2022 and have seen two different managers during that time. The current manager, Natalie, is truly amazing. She is always respectful, kind, and professional. Any time I have an issue, she addresses it quickly and efficiently. I genuinely appreciate her hard work and dedication. Natalie is the best manager I’ve had — thank you so much for everything….
I moved in about a year and a few months ago my father and I. It's been a great experience living at plumwood apartments. When moving in I had some credit challenges but they worked with us. The manager Natalie is very professional and on top of keeping things running great. The grounds and maintenance crew does a great job as well. The complex stays clean. Thank you to the staff at plumwood apartments for five star service.
I moved here 1 year ago here the management is great and the maintenance responds fast to all work orders. Great place to live.
I moved into these apartments a few months ago. It was a fast and easy process the management is great, Natalie is very professional and knowledgeable. The complex is clean and quiet. Fazel the maintenance man is nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
