After xray, it showed she had a fracture. Also, doc said, my pup had an ear infection and needed gentamicin, which we all know it's oto-toxic. Turns out my dog didn't even have an ear infection after all. Thankfully, I refused the antibiotic and ear cleaner, which contained lactic acid, an ingredient, you don't want in your dog's ear. I only rated them a one because I can’t rate them a zero. This is a horrible place, DO NOT COME HERE. I was charged 300$ in extra fines for services I didn’t authorize. They put unnecessary vaccines on my dog that she already had. I tried to talk it out with the vet but he refused to come out of his office. DO NOT COME HERE. They are just trying to steal your money.
Friendly Staff.. The staff and DR's seemed to be nice at this office but we kept recieving reminders long after we contacted them to be removed from their list. The prices were very cheap for this area and the office was clean. The staff were pleasant and judging by their ads inside they seemed to do extra work placing unwanted animals in new homes. For the first puppy exam they even give you a free bandana and take a poloroid picture for your puppy record. I would reccomend.
I wouldn't bring my pets anywhere else! My cats have been under the care of the Dr. Fred Baff and his staff for over a decade. I can personally vouch for the surgical and diagnostic skills of Dr. Baff Sr. as I am not only a loyal client but was "behind the scenes" for a period as well, as a vet. assistant and receptionist. I have had some intricate surgical procedures performed on my cats as well as some of the more routine services and I can assure you that the care is top notch.
