Dominic a pris le temps d’évaluer la situation et me conseiller sur l’urgence de la situation vs forcer un appel d’urgence, il pense clairement au client vs faire le plus d’argent à tout prix. Il a vérifié pour des blocages additionnels plus loin dans la ligne et fait des tests exhaustif avant de compléter son appel de service afin d’assurer que tout est réglé à long terme.
