After 40 yrs using this practice with 6 kids and 2 aging parents ,it is still 5 stars.Office staff is attentive and follow up. Medical staff is competent and respond on weekends . Still stellar! Nancy RN
I tried scheduling an appointment with Dr. Ferrara after having moved to another area ten years ago. Recently moved back to the area. Made an appointment and proceeded to wait for an hour. No explanation from the receptionist. No doctor. At that point I remembered why I h ad stopped using him as my primary care doctor. I paid my co-pay and left. I recall having issues with the reception area also which seems to mirror other reviews. No one should wait an hour. This was during the day and not evening hours.
