I have been a patient with PHS for 35+ years, since Dr Boomla Sr & Jr. I am now a patient of Dr Gupta, and have been for numerous years. Recent reviews have been pretty damning of PHC, saying staff are rude, no one answers the phone, and so many negative comments. The staff work their hardest, answering call after call, whilst also dealing with face to face patients.
