Experienced less than satisfactory service. Spoke to a guy named Peter who had terrible people skills. Go anywhere else but here. Owner has 5 SA charges against him!
Shoddy workmanship on my heater. Disappointed with the overall service. Spoke to the husband and he was quite a rude gentleman and had bad manners. + 5 Child SA accusations.
Have not received our Certificates of Compliance, unit is leaking and dektite flu has not been installed correctly ( in fact it is held together with electrical tape, which I was told "looks good to me"), have had a qualified person inspect and provided report. We get ignored by phone and email are now having to pay fees for a VCAT application. Unable to use our heater as not safe and if anything happens we are not covered by insurances I would recommend going elsewhere.
