Alex from Plumr did a great job installing our sump pump. He was curious and professional. I can recommend him.
I believe this is 4th service call he completed for us which was an emergency water leak. Found the issue and fixed it quickly. Top plumber with fair pricing!
Our water wasn’t flowing through our hose and we tried everything we could imagine, called Alex got his number from a job he did at my mothers house, he came to check out the problem the very next day and was able to fix the issue, he was very efficient and super nice and explained was had happened. I would def recommend him anytime and we’ll be dealing with him with our plumbing issues from now on!
My keys made its way into the toilet and down the drain. I called a few plumbers, and they were unable to come in a timely manner. When I called Alex, he arrived within the hour and had my keys to out of the drain an hour later. He was very polite, very professional and got the job done fast. I would highly recommend him for all of Niagara and surrounding regions. He was great.
