Our water wasn’t flowing through our hose and we tried everything we could imagine, called Alex got his number from a job he did at my mothers house, he came to check out the problem the very next day and was able to fix the issue, he was very efficient and super nice and explained was had happened. I would def recommend him anytime and we’ll be dealing with him with our plumbing issues from now on!

My keys made its way into the toilet and down the drain. I called a few plumbers, and they were unable to come in a timely manner. When I called Alex, he arrived within the hour and had my keys to out of the drain an hour later. He was very polite, very professional and got the job done fast. I would highly recommend him for all of Niagara and surrounding regions. He was great.

We had a major plumbing emergency last week when my family's basement started flooding due to a burst pipe. I called PLUMR, and they were at my house within the hour! The technician/owner, Al, was incredibly professional and explained everything clearly. He quickly identified the problem and had the pipe replaced in no time. He even checked the rest of my plumbing to make sure there were no other issues. Alex was able to work around my schedule. He arrived on time, and completed the work quickly and effeciently. He is a pleasant man who explained everything required for the repair. His pricing was very acceptable and fair. Would definitely hire him again and will be highly recommending him to family and friends.
