I had a major plumbing emergency last week when my basement started flooding due to a burst pipe. I called PLUMR, and they were at my house within the hour! The technician/owner, Al, was incredibly professional and explained everything clearly. He quickly identified the problem and had the pipe replaced in no time. He even checked the rest of my plumbing to make sure there were no other issues. Honestly I'd give 5 stars but 333 bucks for 30 minutes of work. Expensive as heck That said , he showed up the next day and solved the clogged drain , very professional and very punctual. I certainly wasn't prepared for that large of a bill. But he did do the work he came when no other plumber in welland was getting back to me and the online ordering was a sinch so I'm not gonna contest the ammount
On time, courteous, problem solved, would recommend
