Rude reception staff, completely incompetent in all areas. When asked to check if my test results had come in, the male receptionist was absolutely clueless and didn't know what to do so he asked the other male receptionist, and he also didn't know what to do. He asked for my name twice and still was completely ignorant of what to do so I gave up and said I'd just wait and ask the doctor. Absolutely shocking customer service. The team of staff members are hopeless and need further training badly.
Dr Albert NG,thanx for your help today. Michelle perry .
