The male Indian (?) doctor was so rude, I was rendered speechless by the way he kept cutting me off and hurrying me to the point. He said “I am the doctor here, you know?” When I simply repeated what another doctor told me. I wasn’t rude or pushy, I’m a quiet girl and always too polite, so I was at a loss for words by his attitude towards me. Every time I go there, staff are nice doctors i see there are good at what they do. Medicare only. Only issue is if your a new patient you have to pay a one time fee to be able to see doctors there like my wife did but I didnt as I started seeing doctors there before they started charging the fee. Not sure if that is legal or not?
Given a wrong receipt. When asked for emailing correct recipient they refused and asked to visit them again for receipt. I explained clearly it takes 20 minutes drive and another 20 minutes to go back. It impacts my work and have to seek permission from manager. They Pathetic service. Pls don't go here
Filipina Receptionist was extremely rude. Not willing to help explain the digital medicare requirement but just shoves you away. When i approached her to explain that i didn’t know how to get it online she reply’s back with “next time you should have it ready”. I have been attending this medical centre for 20yrs first time i experienced rudeness from a young filipina receptionist. Disappointed
Possibly the worst reception staff with absolutely no coordination amongst them
