I am very happy with my doctor and have been for a long time. Yesterday I witnessed I believe the practice manager turn away a 80+ year old woman that wanted to use the toilet! Absolutely disgusting behaviour by someone in the health care industry you and your practice should be disgusted with your selves.
When a practice is this disorderly and bad - the problem is management but the quality and lack of patient care from front desk staff is telling. The carpet & surround is always dirty and the wait times are ridiculously long.
One of the best available medical services when I really needed due to pain. Doctor and reception staff were so nice and I got treatment done from professional and experienced doctor. Why 5 stars - excellent reception and doctor Accepted walk in -if you are unable to book appointment in emergency,affordable and $0 charge with Medicare 🙏 . Thank you so much for helping me in my critical condition.
Have not had any issues attending this medical centre - everything appears to be running well - from reception, blood collection to seeing the nurse and our family GP. And in recent quest to find medical centres in different suburbs the more I appreciate Plumpton Medical Centre, practitioners and staff!
