Possibly the worst reception staff in Western Sydney. No professionalism, no decorum, and consistently rude in their interactions. The way patients are spoken to is dismissive and unhelpful, which makes accessing healthcare unnecessarily stressful. A medical centre should be welcoming and supportive at the first point of contact — unfortunately, this reception team is the exact opposite.
went to make appointment as new to area receptionist (charlotte ) was quite rude did not bother to m ake apointment due to her rudeness.
I had a not so good experience with a Filo GP advising me to move ky son away from him after my touch her big pearl earings as she might get hurt tten started to sk if my son has a behavioural issue. My son is a 4yo and has cough and flu which is the reason we went there. As a Filo I prepared Filo GP but this gives me a trauma…. I wont see this GP again. DR.D
The worst medical centre in the history of doctors. Doctors here have forgotten why Doctors exist. They don't care about your health; all they care about is money. Half of them have to use google to find out simple information about your symptoms. If you are just after a self-diagnosis script, this is your place. But if you are after actual medical care, don't waste your time here.
Don’t understand how the staff can call patients a “baby” due to a poor experience. I understand we have to “grow a pair” but you shouldn’t be calling anyone a name nor make fun of someone’s past trauma. I came in for medical assistance and needed to go to pathology to get a swab done and after the woman criticised me saying I couldn’t do the swab myself she then allowed me to do it ? They aren't gentle and have torn tissue in my nose causing it to bleed lasting for a week.
