Such a great environment here! Liv has such a big bubbly personality that really makes you feel welcomed! Elise was super reassuring for any of you that are nervous when receiving treatments she takes her time makes sure you have all your questions answered and feeling comfortable before moving forward which made me feel like I was in good hands! Both ladies are such a vibe, it’s always a pleasure visiting them at plump!
I highly recommend Plump Yeg for TMJ jaw pain and facial slimming. Elise is a skilled injector who truly understands her clients' needs and has provided me with relief like no one else. Liv offers excellent client service, checking in after treatment. I even fly from BC to Edmonton just to see them! I have now been to Plump three times and fall more and more in love with the space and Elise & Liv each time! They are so professional and knowledgeable but they are also so kind, warm and welcoming. Liv and Elise are amazing, always taking care of their clients during and post procedures. I was a bit nervous of getting Botox done for the first time ever but Elise was so knowledgeable and patient, explained and suggested treatments for me. Overall an enjoyable, fun and quick process.
