Francesca is the absolute best. She had the best deal for microneedling and was just a safe & comfortable person to have in the process of better skin! I will 100% be back. So lucky to have found her and her studio.
This business has double booked me and then ended up telling me that I am unable to come in for their service- They scammed me out of $75. She is very unprofessional. I believe it is a double-standard when she can cancel my appoint (the original one) within 24 hours because she "double booked" on a saturday night - but when something comes up with me, that she is unable to accommodate?
