I visited all of the bathroom shops in this area, this one has a nice but small showroom, it’s more for trade people I think, with a large plumbing parts counter.
Brilliant store and helpful knowledgeable guys who know their stuff! showed him.the old unit he went straight to what I needed and explained I needed an insert too would highly recommend
