I love Dr. Plummer. I have visited her with my 75 year old Mom on 2 occasions. She is amazing, talks directly to my Mother, answers her questions. She is patient and spends a lot of time explaining things to my Mom!
Dr did not want ro listen to me, or work with me to better my health. I seemed to be more of an inconvenience than anything. Honestly, the poorest care I have ever had.
It is hard to find a doctor you are comfortable with. Dr. Plumer is that doctor for me. She is professional but also very personable. Even if I don't see her more than once a year, she remembers me and remembers stories we had discussed previously. (not something that would be in a chart, but things like where we've traveled or things about my children) She is the only doctor I have looked forward to seeing. She is my primary physician as well as for my husband and kids.
Excellent Dr. & staff. They are always polite and smiling. I adore Dr. Plumer-Haun. She is always helpful and listens to my concerns.
