Fantastic meal at Plume! We tried three different small plates and enjoyed all of them. The Caesar salad and mushrooms were especially good. The pasta with corn was different and better than expected. I will be coming back again.
Had pork chop, beef tenderloin and the bolognese lasagne as well as the kids buttered pasta few weeks back, food was okay but felt like the pork chop was too thick to eat comfortably, it would have been nice if it was less thick maybe around the 1inch thickness and cooked to a medium. Also would have been a much better experience if the dinner knife would cut through it smoothly without having to saw it back and forth long enough for me to notice that it was annoying.
